Modernising wastewater treatment in Ukraine

Sector:
Status: Active

Swedfund is financing a feasibility study and conceptual design for the modernisation of a city in Kremenchuk region's wastewater collection and treatment system.

The wastewater system is ageing, energy-intensive and does not meet current treatment standards. The facilities treat approximately 7,000 cubic metres of wastewater per day and require modernisation to improve treatment performance and reduce energy use.
