Development finance institutions invest in small and medium-sized enterprises, enabling them to grow and develop. To create positive development effects, the job opportunities that are created need to be productive, offer decent working conditions and be covered by social safety nets.

Climate
Swedfund invests in renewable energy production, climate adaptation and mitigation, and green infrastructure. Access to renewable and sustainable energy is a crucial factor for economic growth and poverty reduction. Swedfund only invests in renewable energy sources.
