Introduction
Moldova has developed a national plan to modernise its waste management in accordance with EU requirements.
Swedfund has received a request for support to modernise the waste management system to reduce negative impacts on the environment and human health. The project evaluates technical, economic, environmental and social aspects of the country's waste management and provides a plan to optimise the management.
