Introduction
Radisson Blu is a hotel located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
At the time of the investment, Ethiopia was seeking to establish Addis Ababa as a regional conference and business centre as part of its efforts to promote trade and investment in the country. There was a shortage of hotels in the city at the time. Swedfund's investment helped the construction and development of the hotel.
