Digital infrastructure in Nigeria
Introduction
Around 40 million people in Nigeria do not have access to mobile connectivity and in many areas where there is connectivity, it is substandard. Digitalisation drives innovation, improves public services and supports entrepreneurship and job creation, which promotes inclusive development.
Swedfund has received a request for support for the development of connectivity in areas with no or insufficient coverage to enable societal impact and inclusive growth.
