Developing new bus standards in the Philippines
Introduction
The Philippines is in the process of developing its transportation sector - both national and urban transportation - while having ambitious targets for reducing climate impact from the transport sector.
The project provides support and technical assistance to develop new standards and requirements for public buses, replacing older standards from 2017.
The aim is to strengthen public transport and achieve emission reductions from the transportation sector by 2030.
