Development of cogeneration in Ukraine
Introduction
Ukraine's short-term strategy for the energy sector includes replacing generation capacity which has been damaged during the war. The long-term vision of the strategy, includes the implementation of a green transition to an energy system with a higher degree of renewable energy production.
One of Ukraine's priorities is to increase power and heat production.
Swedfund has received a request for support to increase power and heat production in order to eventually build a new combined heat and power plant.
