
Swedfund publishes interim report for the second quarter of 2026
Introduction
During the second quarter of 2026, Swedfund continued to invest in solutions that strengthen livelihoods, build resilience to climate change and improve access to critical infrastructure. Swedfund has now published its Interim Report for the second quarter of 2026.
During the second quarter, Swedfund committed SEK 592 million across five new investments, focusing on food systems, financial inclusion and climate resilience. At the same time, the Project Accelerator launched ten new initiatives in areas including renewable energy, digital infrastructure and sustainable transport. At the end of the quarter, Swedfund's committed investment portfolio amounted to SEK 15.1 billion.
The report also highlights Swedfund's continued support for Ukraine's recovery through investments and project development, while investments across Africa and Asia contribute to stronger resilience, decent jobs and sustainable economic development. In addition, the report presents Swedfund's financial performance for the second quarter of 2026.
