
Swedfund’s Integrated Report wins international award
Introduction
Swedfund has been awarded the RI Award for Best Report by an Asset Owner: medium & small funds, for their Integrated Report at the RI Reporting Awards 2018, presented at RI Europe on Tuesday 5th June. The prize is given to institutional investment companies with transparent reporting. Swedfund was chosen among 2,500 world-wide reports.

Responsible Investor Award was established in 2013, to give asset owners and asset managers an ambitious and inspiring benchmark by recognizing best practice and transparent reporting examples in the institutional investment sector. This year RI Reporting Awards have analysed 2,500 reports, of which 40 were nominated and finally four were appointed as winners.
Agenda 2029 is the Swedish Development Finance Institution’s fourth fully integrated and audited report, where both the company’s as well as the portfolio companies’ results is shown and reflected on our three pillars; Impact on society, Sustainability and Financial viability.
’Swedfund’s business model makes it possible to create decent jobs and an inclusive growth, which is crucial to reach the goals of Agenda 2030’, said Maria Håkansson.
