Audrey has experience in transaction advisory, capital raising, due diligence investigations (financial, commercial and operational), financial and market analysis, business modelling, business valuations, reviewing financial statements, executing audit work plans and assisting clients to resolve accounting and operational issues. Background
Prior to joining Swedfund, Audrey was part of the Corporate Finance team at Deloitte East Africa where she worked on assignments in diverse sectors such as manufacturing, services (hospitality, healthcare, real estate, education, aviation and logistics), financial services, energy (geothermal, oil & gas) and telecommunications. She worked with a broad spectrum of clients both local and international, state corporations, listed companies, private sector clients and DFIs. Her work was mainly in the East African region (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda) and South Africa.
