Our Board of Directors, MD and auditors

Our board, nominated by the responsible ministry, Ministry of Finance, includes a Chairperson and seven members.

The members have extensive experience in corporate governance, financial operations, international aid, operational experience from developing countries as well as high financial qualifications.

Kerstin Borglin, member of the board

Anna Stellinger, member of the board

Our CEO:

Maria Håkansson is CEO of Swedfund. Maria Håkansson has 20 years of experience from the telecommunications industry and extensive experience from a variety of senior positions at Ericsson. Before joining Swedfund, she served as Vice President Internet of Things (IoT) at Ericsson. Maria Håkansson holds a Master of Economics and Business Administration with a major in business control and accounting from the University of Stockholm.

Ernst & Young AB and authorised public accountant Jesper Nilsson as head accountant.
