Kristin works with environmental, social and corporate governance issues (ESG) in the entire investment process across all sectors. It includes analyzing investment proposals with regard to ESG, identify any gaps against Swedfund Sustainability Policy and propose sustainability requirements and measures in an environmental and social action plan. Furthermore, Kristin works with following-up and monitoring of the investments during the time Swefund is shareholder or lender, to ensure that the companies comply with the sustainability policy and the agreed action plan.
