Amanda Koppang Willfors work as Impact Manager. In addition to focusing on the impact analysis, -management and -measurement of investments relating to renewable energy and climate mitigation and adaptation, Amanda is also driving Swedfund's work on gender, which involves systematically implementing a gender lens to all investments and working actively with portfolio companies to reduce sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment and advance women's empowerment and gender equality. Amanda has previous experience from research and consulting, focusing on social, economic and environmental impact valuation and creation in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals, and from international development cooperation, focusing on sustainable development and particularly with focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. She also specialized in this area during her academic studies, that she completed with a Master in Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
