Swedfund portfolio

Swedfund’s portfolio is divided into shares, funds and loans. This gives us a flexibility that is essential in order to reach out to as many companies as possible. Swedfund’s focus is on equity investments with a Swedish interest, in the order of 5 to 10 million euros. Through loan financing Swedfund can participate in larger projects with other like-minded investors. Fund investments enable Swedfund to cost-effectively reach more companies in countries that otherwise would have been difficult to reach without local presence.

At the end of 2010 Swedfund’s total investment portfolio amounted to SEK 2,028 million (acquisition value), consisting of 93 investments in 46 countries. In 2010 Swedfund made 17 investments and 5 exits.
