The investment process

Decisions are made quickly

Following an exploratory contact we go through your business plan to investigate whether Swedfund is the right business partner for your company. On our side it is always the Swedfund board of directors that makes the final decision on whether to complete the investment.

From you, we need the following information in order to make a first assessment regarding possible investment:

• Description of your business concept
• Presentation of your products, customers, competitors, suppliers and management
• Preliminary plan for investment and financing
• Preliminary profitability forecasts

The investment process normally takes between two and three months from first contact to decision. It may take more time or less, depending on individual circumstances.
