Swedfund has 35 permanent employees at our main office in Stockholm and 2 at our regional office in Nairobi.

Our small, flexible organisation of Investment Managers, legal counsel and analysts permits quick decision making.

Swedfund’s board of directors consists of a chairman and six members. We also have a number of Senior Advisors, as well as a network of external people to represent us on the boards of companies in which we invest.

Swedfund is defined as a Development Financial Institution (DFI) and is a member of European Development Financial Institutions (EDFI).
